摘  要:系统科学作为一门方法论在工程技术、社会经济、科技教育等各个方面得到广泛应用。目前,在装备领域,舰载电子设备健康管理系统的开发和应用还存在一些问题,亟需系统工程方法的理论指导。论文在借鉴其他研究成果的基础上,运用系统工程理论,在传统PHM概念基础上提出了舰载电子设备健康管理系统的本质和目标,引入数据工程思想,建立了基于数据驱动的三维结构方法作为系统的工程过程的分析方法,并对数据资源定义、数据驱动流程和工程活动矩阵进行了分析;采用综合集成研讨厅体系和整体性、层次性思想进行了系统建构。通过系统工程方法的应用研究,为舰载电子设备健康管理系统向着科学、规范的方向发展提供了理论支撑。As a methodology system science is widely used in engineering technology social economy science and technology education. At present in the field of equipment,there are still some problems in the development and application of health management of shipboard electronic equipmentwhich need the theoretical guidance of system engineering methods. On the basis of other research results and the traditionalconcept of PHM,the essence and goal of the health management of shipboard electronics are put forward,and this paper introduces the idea of data engineering and establishes a three-dimensional structure based on data driving as the analysis method of system engineering process and analyzes the definition of data resources data driving process and engineering activity matrix. Using the system of integrated seminar hall,the thought of integrity and hierarchy,this paper constructs the system architecture. Through the application research of system engineering method,it provides theoretical support for the development of health management of electronics towards scientific and standard direction.
