聚乙烯薄膜用高流动性高透明LLDPE树脂的研究

摘　　要：介绍了中石化镇海炼化ZF4523的产品特性及加工研究,分析对比了市场常用的LLDPE膜用树脂与ZF4523在流延与吹塑领域的应用性能。结果表明:ZF4523采用的高效复配助剂,具有优良的耐温性能、低析出性能,薄膜产品光泽度好、清晰度高、透明性好等优越性能,与国外LLDPE膜用树脂相比,ZF4523的流动性好、气味散发更小,下游客户使用过程生产能耗低、具有更优良的加工性能,适用于流延和高速吹膜的生产,具备良好的性能与成本优势。The product characteristics and processing research of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company ZF4523 were introduced, and the application performance of LLDPE film resin and ZF4523 in the field of flow casting and blow molding were analyzed and compared.Results show that the ZF4523 adopt the efficient distribution of additives, it has excellent heat resistance performance, low precipitation performance, good gloss, high clarity, transparency, good film products such as superior performance, compared with foreign LLDPE film with resin, ZF4523 good liquidity, the smell of smaller and downstream customers to use process production low energy consumption, has more excellent machining performance, apply to stretch and high-speed blown film production, good performance and cost advantages.
