摘 要:内蒙古兰太实业股份有限公司生产工业盐时采用的卤水净化工艺为两碱加氯化钡法,卤水净化工艺中通过加入助沉剂,提高卤水的透光率,卤水透光率直接影响真空制盐工序的生产能力。使用丙烯酰胺做助沉剂原料,卤水透光率偏低,无法达到工艺要求,影响产品质量。为降低生产成本,提高生产效率,对助沉剂原料及工艺进行优化改造,效果显著。文章主要对助沉剂的选型及工艺优化进行简述。The brine purification process used in the production of industrial salt in our plant is the process of two alkali and barium chloride.In the process of brine purification,the light transmittance of brine can be improved by Acryl Carrier.The light transmittance of brine directly affects the production capacity of vacuum salt.Now we use acrylamide as the raw material of precipitant aid.The light transmittance of brine is low,which can’t meet the process requirements,and affect the product quality.In order to reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency,we have carried out the optimization and transformation of the raw materials and processes of the precipitant AIDS,with remarkable result.For this reason,the selection of precipitant aid and the optimization of its process are described in this article.
