GB/T 35932—2018《梳棉胎》标准的解读及其与江苏省地方标准的比较和探讨

摘　　要：为了准确理解和运用国家标准GB/T 35932—2018《梳棉胎》,论文详细解读了新标准的适用范围、主要考核指标,并采用对比的方式,比较了现行江苏省地方标准DB32/T 2128—2016和国家标准GB/T 35932—2018在产品质量的考核项目、技术要求、检验方法和抽样数量等方面的主要差异,为江苏省的棉胎生产加工企业、消费团体、检测机构能更好地理解和运用新标准。生产加工企业能适时调整生产工艺参数,使产品符合国家标准的要求。新国家标准的出台也使江苏省地方标准的再次修订势在必行。In order to accurately understand and use GB/T 35932—2018《Carding cotton wadding》,this paper explains the scope of application of the new standard,the main assessment index,and with the method of comparison,compares the current local standard DB32/T 2128—2016 in Jiangsu province and the national standard GB/T 35932—2018 in the product quality inspection project,technical requirements,test method and sampling number of major differences,so that the cotton quilt of Jiangsu province production and processing enterprises,consumer groups,testing agencies can better understand and apply the new standard.Production and processing enterprise also need to timely adjust the production process parameters,so that the products meet the requirements of national standards.The promulgation of the new standard also makes it imperative to revise and formulate the local standards of Jiangsu province.
