摘　　要：医院的人力资管理的合理性、科学性、以及其信息数据准确性是进行医院管理进行决策的最重要依据之一.而以“Java”服务器页面技术为基础的医院人力资源管理平台,不但能够实现全医院资源共享,而且还能更好地促进各部门职能相相推动,互相渗透,冲破层级制约,从而提高了其工作效率.文章立足于JSP技术基础上,通过运用信息化管理措施,由于篇幅限制,文章只选择具有代表性的人员信息管理模块、考勤管理模块、工作任务管理模块建立来详细分析医院人力资源管理平台的构建,从而为医院由传统管理向现代医院管理转变,以及医院现代化发展提供技术支撑.The rationality,scientificity and accuracy of human resource management are the most important basis for hospital management decision-making.The hospital buman resource management platform based on the"Java"server page technology can not only realize the resource sharing of the whole hospital,but also better promote the functions of each department to promote each other,penetrate each other,break through the hierarchical constraints,so as to improve its work efficiency.Based on JSP technology,this paper uses information management measures.Due to space limitation,only representative personnel information management module,attendance management module and work task management module are selected to analyze the construction of hospital human resource management platform in detail,so as to change the traditional management to modern hospital management,as well as the development of hospital modernization Provide technical support.
