后化学发光分析方法的应用研究进展

摘　　要：后化学发光是近年来提出的化学发光新概念,并在此基础上建立了多种化学发光分析检测新方法.本文对近年来后化学发光分析方法及其应用进展进行了综述,并重点介绍了鲁米诺与铁氰化钾、碘化物、高锰酸钾、过硫酸钾、过氧化氢等后化学发光体系的分析应用和机理,对其发展前景进行了展望.Post-chemiluminescence is a new concept of chemiluminescence field,many post-chemiluminescence analysis methods has been proposed in recent years.Post-chemiluminescence analysis methods and its appl icat ions are reviewed in this paper and the emphasis is the application and relevant mechanism of post-chemiluminescence systems of luminol-potassium ferricyanide,luminol-iodide,luminol-potassium permanganate and luminol-hydrogen peroxide.The prospeet of post-chemiluminescence analysis method is also discussed briefly.
