摘 要:以5种景天科多肉植物奥普琳娜(Echeveria Opalina)、特玉莲(E.runyonii Topsy Turvy)、红稚莲(E.macdougallii)、鲁氏石莲(E.runyonii)和蒂比(E. Tippy)为试材,设高盐1.0%NaCl,低盐0.5%NaCl处理,以纯净水为对照,在处理后5、10、15 d测定叶片的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、丙二醛和花青素含量。结果表明:盐胁迫下,奥普琳娜和红稚莲的叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量显著下降;奥普琳娜、红稚莲、鲁氏石莲和蒂比的丙二醛含量均有不同程度的上升;鲁氏石莲的花青素含量显著上升。通过隶属函数分析,发现5种多肉植物耐盐能力依次为特玉莲>鲁氏石莲>蒂比>奥普琳娜>红稚莲。该试验可为景天科植物在盐碱地区的栽培和推广提供参考依据。Five species of Crassulaceae succulent plants including Echeveria ‘Opalina’,E.runyonii ‘Topsy Turvy’,E.macdougallii,E.runyonii and E. ‘Tippy’ were treated by 0.5% and 1.0% NaCl solution,respectively.The content of chlorophyll,soluble protein,malondialdehyde and anthocyanin in leaves were measured in 5,10,15 days.The results showed that under salt stress,content of chlorophyll and soluble protein reduced significantly in E. ‘Opalina’ and E.macdougallii;meanwhile the malondialdehyde in E. ‘Opalina’,E.macdougallii,E.runyonii and E. ‘Tippy’ were increasing in different degrees;only in E.runyonii,significant rising of anthocyanin was observed.By the method of subordinate function,the salt-resistent ability the five Crassulaceae succulents followed the sequence of E.runyonii‘Topsy Turvy’> E.runyonii> E.‘Tippy’> E.‘Opalina’> E.macdougallii.This result will provide theoretical references for the cultivation and extension of Crassulaceae succulents plants in saline-alkali areas.
