广温高产小平菇新品种“冀杂26”的选育

摘　　要：小平菇新品种"冀杂26"是以广温品种"科佳1号"和低温品种"2026"为亲本,经单孢杂交选育而获得的优良菌株,从接种到采收30~38 d,子实体叠生,菌盖圆形,低温深灰色,高温变灰白色,菌柄长约11.39 mm,菌盖厚度约4.77 mm,菌柄长度约31.77 mm。出菇整齐,转茬快。2017—2018年区域试验表明,平均100 kg干料产鲜菇114.58 kg,比对照品种增产17.07%;适于在河北省及类似气候条件的广大地区进行栽培。‘Jiza 26’ is a new cultivar of Pleurotus ostreatus,breeding the new excellent strain by the technique of Single Spore Crossbreeding,parents are the broad-temperature variety ‘Keji No.1’ and the low-temperature variety ‘2026’,from inoculation to harvest for 30-38 days.The fruit body is stacked,the cap is round,the color of cap is affected by the temperature,under the low temperature it is dark gray,under the high temperature it is grayish white,the stipe length is about 11.39 mm,the cap thickness is about 4.77 mm,and the stipe length is about 31.77 mm,the short interval between tides.The regional test in 2017—2018 showed that the average 100 kg dry material produced 114.58 kg of fresh mushrooms,which was 17.07% higher than the control variety ‘2028’.It is suitable for cultivation in Hebei Province and a large area with similar climate conditions.
