摘 要:采用JMatPro软件模拟碳、锰、硅主要合金元素含量(质量分数)的改变对试验钢连续冷却转变曲线和贝氏体等温转变曲线的影响;通过小炉冶炼钢试验,研究锰含量分别为1.5%,1.7%,2.0%和2.2%时对贝氏体车轮钢的组织和力学性能的影响,并与锰含量为2.0%的实物贝氏体车轮进行对比验证。结果表明:锰对抑制高温相变、降低贝氏体转变温度和提高车轮钢的淬透性有显著作用;锰含量高于2.0%时,贝氏体车轮钢自高温空冷过程中可以避免先共析铁素体的出现,且韧性大幅提升;随着锰含量的提高,部分贝氏体组织由粒状贝氏体变为板条贝氏体,强度增大;贝氏体车轮钢理想的锰含量为2.0%左右,实物贝氏体车轮轮辋冷速较慢的芯部未出现先共析铁素体,综合力学性能良好且显著优于现有ER8珠光体车轮,具备一定的实际应用前景。The influence of the content(mass fraction)variations of key alloy elements,such as Cr,Mn and Si on the continuous cooling transformation curve of the test steel and the isothermal transformation curve of bainite was simulated by using JMatPro software.The effect of the Mn content of 1.5%,1.7%,2.0%and 2.2%respectively on the microstructure and mechanical properties of bainitie wheel steel was studied through smallscale steel ingot experiment,and compared with the real bainite wheel with the Mn content of 2.0%.Results show that Mn has significant effect on suppressing high-temperature phase transition,reducing bainitic transformation temperature and improving the hardenability of wheel steel.When the Mn content is higher than 2.0%,the proeutectoid ferrite can be avoided in the air-cooling process and the toughness of bainite wheel steel can be greatly increased.With the increment of Mn content,the granular bainite is partially converted to the lath state in bainitic microstructure,resulting in the strength increase.The ideal Mn content of bainite wheel steel is about 2.0%.The proeutectoid ferrite does not appear in the core of the real wheel rim with slow cooling rate.Bainitic wheel has good comprehensive mechanical properties,which are significantly better than those of the existing ER8 pearlitic wheel,so it has a certain practical application prospect.
