摘  要:以钕基材料(NdFO)混入密封剂中制成白光LED,通过蓝光芯片激发特殊荧光粉/密封剂的方法,弥补白光LED中红光和绿光成分的缺少。对采用该方法制得的单颗LED及LED照明设备的性能进行了研究。结果显示,掺杂不同含量钕基材料的白光LED光电性能、颜色参数呈现一定的变化规律,此方法可提高产品的显色性及颜色饱和度,赋予LED照明设备所需的滤色效果和光参数。In order to supplement the red and green light components of white LED, neodymium based material(NdFO) was mixed into the sealant, and the special phosphor/sealant was excited by the blue light chip. The properties of the single LED fabricated by this method and its LED lighting equipment were studied. The results show that the photoelectric properties and color parameters of the white LED doped with different content of neodymium based materials show a certain change rule. This method can improve the color rendering and color saturation of the product, and give the LED lighting equipment the required color filtering effect and light parameters.
