摘  要:为落实国家小反刍兽疫消灭计划,掌握安徽省小反刍兽疫流行趋势与免疫状况,2017—2019年,每年从安徽省16个地市、2个直管县的种羊场、商品代羊场和散养户抽取不同数量的羊血清和鼻拭子样品,分别用竞争ELISA、荧光RT-PCR方法检测小反刍兽疫免疫抗体与病毒核酸。3年共抽样检测842个场点的15943份血清学样品,平均免疫个体合格率为88.16%、场点合格率为89.31%,每年的个体合格率和场点合格率均在84%以上;检测12411份病原学样品,未检测出阳性样品。但芜湖市3年的平均个体免疫合格率仅为68.24%,淮南市平均场点合格率仅为65.28%,未达到农业农村部要求的70%以上的标准。结果表明,安徽省小反刍兽疫整体免疫效果较好,疫情暴发风险较低,基本达到了免疫无疫标准,但仍要关注免疫效果较差地区的免疫、监测与流行病学调查,加大调运监管力度,降低疫情发生风险。In order to implement national plan for eradication of peste des petits ruminants(PPR),and to investigate its infection trend and immune status in Anhui Province,different amounts of sheep serum and nose swab samples were collected from breeding and commercial farms and households in 16 municipals and 2 counties directly under the province every year from 2017 to 2019 for detection of antibodies against PPR and viral nucleic acids by the competitive ELISA and fluorescent RT-PCR respectively.A total of 15943 serum samples were collected from 842 farms/holdings,the average qualified rate of antibodies at the individual level was 88.16%,and that at farm/household level was 89.31%,both the positive rates were above 84%for every year;all the 12411 pathogenic samples were negative.However,the average qualified rate of antibodies at the individual level was 68.24%in Wuhu City,and that at farm/household level was 65.28%in Huainan City,both of which failed to meet the standard of 70%required by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China.It was concluded that the immunization against PPR was effective in Anhui Province,the risk of PPR outbreak was relatively low,and the standard of disease free with vaccination was generally reached,but the immunization,monitoring and epidemiological investigation should be concerned in the areas where immune effect was poor,the supervision over transportation should be strengthened,so as to reduce the risk of disease outbreak.
