摘 要:以钾长石尾矿作为原料,探究温度对钾长石-硫酸钙-碳酸钙三元体系制取的缓释性硅钾肥产物浸出率及钾和硅元素含量(质量分数)的影响。结果表明,钾长石尾矿中主要矿物是钾长石和石英;三元体系焙烧得到的产物具有缓释性;当钾长石、硫酸钙与碳酸钙摩尔比为1︰1︰16时,钾与硅浸出效果较好。综合考虑产物中钾、硅元素含量及浸出效果和能耗,最佳焙烧温度为1 000℃,焙烧产物中钾和硅元素含量分别为3.4%和8.1%,钾和硅元素浸出率分别达到97%和81%。Using potassium feldspar tailings as raw materials, the effects of temperature on the leaching rate of slow-release silicon potash products and the content of potassium and silicon elements in the ternary system of potassium feldspar, calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate were investigated. The results show that the main minerals are potassium feldspar and quartz. The products obtained by roasting in ternary system have slow release property. When the molar ratio of potassium feldspar to calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate is 1︰1︰16, the leaching effect of potassium and silicon is better. Considering the content of potassium and silicon in the product, leaching effect and energy consumption, when the optimal roasting temperature reaches 1 000 ℃, the content of potassium and silicon in the roasted product are 3.4% and 8.1% respectively, and the leaching rate of potassium and silicon reach 97% and 81% respectively.
