摘 要:黔北某低品位萤石重晶石矿主要由萤石、重晶石和方解石组成,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,以EM-2作萤石捕收剂,改性水玻璃作方解石抑制剂,EM-326F作重晶石抑制剂,采用"萤石优先浮选-重晶石重选"的联合工艺流程,获得了酸级萤石精矿和重晶石精矿,实现了浮选回水的循环利用。试验表明,萤石通过"2粗5精,部分中矿再选"的浮选流程,获得了萤石精矿CaF2品位98.51%,回收率86.24%;萤石次精矿CaF2品位60.44%,回收率3.92%;萤石总回收率90.16%的指标。萤石浮选尾矿采用"1粗1扫1精,中矿与扫选精矿再选"的全溜槽重选工艺流程,可获得重晶石精矿BaSO4品位89.15%,BaSO4回收率70.78%的指标。A low-grade fluorite barite ore is mainly composed of fluorite, barite and calcite in Northern, Guizhou. Based on the research of process mineralogy, using EM-2 as fluorite collector, modified sodium silicate as calcite inhibitor and EM-326 F as barite inhibitor, the combined process flow of "fluorite preferential flotation-barite gravity separation" is adopted, which obtains acid grade fluorite concentrate and barite, realizes the recycling of flotation backwater. The test results show that: through the flotation process of fluorite with two "roughings and five cleanings, and part of middlings reconcentration" the fluorite concentrate grade of CaF2 is 98.51%, and the recovery rate is 86.24%;the fluorite secondary concentrate grade of CaF2 is 60.44%, and the recovery rate is 3.92%;the total recovery rate of fluorite is 90.16%. The results show that the grade of BaSO4 of barite concentrate is 89.15% and the recovery of BaSO4 is 70.78%.
