摘 要:利用煤系高岭土酸浸液,采用水浴加热的方法,制备了聚合氯化铝(PAC),优化工艺条件为:Al3+浓度为0.50 mol/L,pH值为0.50,聚合温度为70℃、聚合时间为3.0 h,室温熟化24 h。采用制备的PAC处理洗煤废水,获得了处理800 mL洗煤废水的优化条件为:pH值为7.0,质量分数1%的PAC溶液用量为5 mL(62.5 g/m^3废水),沉降时间为40 min。结果表明,采用煤系高岭土酸浸液制备PAC,并将PAC用于处理洗煤废水可行,洗煤废水去浊率达98%以上。In order to utilize the acid leaching solution of coal series kaolin and treat the coal washing waste water, poly aluminum chloride(PAC) was prepared by water bath heating method, and the optimized process conditions were obtained as follows: Al3+ concentration was 0.50 mol/L, pH value was 0.50, polymerization temperature was 70 ℃, polymerization time was 3.0 h, room temperature ripening for 24 h. The optimum conditions for the treatment of 800 mL coal washing waste water were obtained: pH value of 7.0, dosage of 1% PAC solution was 5 mL(62.5 g/m^3), settling time was 40 min. The results show that preparing PAC from acid leaching solution of coal gangue and using it to treat coal washing waste water are feasible, the removing turbidity is more than 98%.
