摘 要:针对单井或井组出水问题,提出了测试与封堵一体化的段塞复合堵水技术。采用生产测井和套后测井仪器组合确定产水位置和出水量,通过油藏综合评价明确出水原因和剩余油分布,针对不同类型出水油井实行“一井一策”堵水方案。对于油水同出的厚油层,采用段塞复合堵水工艺,依次注入预保护堵剂段塞、预交联颗粒堵剂段塞、自交联高强度堵剂段塞,形成高强度的颗粒与凝胶网络,实现对水窜通道深部的高强度封堵。这套技术在海外碳酸盐岩油藏的生产井应用后,大大降低了油井产液的含水率;在砂岩油藏的高含水井应用后,也有效地降低了油井的产水量。In view of water channel of single well or well group,a slug compound water plugging technology is put forward.The combination of production logging and post casing logging tools is used to determine the water invasion location and production,and the cause of water invasion and the distribution of remaining oil are determined through comprehensive evaluation of the reservoir.Water plugging scheme of"one well,one policy"is implemented for different types of oil wells.For thick oil-water reservoirs,slug composite water plugging process is adopted,injecting pre blockage stoppers,pre crosslinking particle plugging agent slugs,and self-crosslinking high strength plugging agent slugs,in order to form a high strength particle and gel network to achieve high intensity plugging of water channeling passages.After the application of this technology in the production wells of overseas carbonate reservoirs,the water cut of oil production fluid is greatly reduced;after the application of this technology in the high water content wells of sandstone reservoirs,the water production of oil wells is also effectively reduced.
