摘 要:针对冷家油田目的层的渗漏普遍和井漏程度严重等问题,根据室内实验结果,改进钻井液配方,优选化学固结堵漏剂。实验结果显示,按新配方形成的强化封堵钻井液体系具有良好的封堵性能,优选的化学固结堵漏剂与钻井液配伍性好、抗压强度高。现场应用结果表明,采用强化封堵钻井液能够大幅度减少井漏事故的发生;运用新型化学固结堵漏技术,一次性堵漏成功率可达100%。Aiming at the problems of widespread leakage and serious leakage in the target zone of Lengjia Oilfield,an enhanced blocking drilling fluid system and chemical consolidation plugging formula are formed according to indoor experiments.Experimental results show that the enhanced plugging drilling fluid system has good plugging performance;the chemical consolidation blocking formula is compatible with drilling fluid,and has high compressive strength.The field application results show that the use of enhanced plugging drilling fluid can greatly reduce the occurrence of lost circulation accidents.The success rate of one-time plugging can reach 100%by using the new chemical consolidation plugging technology.
