摘 要:为解决东胜气田固井全井封固难题,引入了低成本复合减轻剂概念。基于紧密堆积理论,通过优选复配减轻剂,形成成本低廉的2种复合减轻材料;根据外掺料匹配实验结果,制备密度为1.15~1.25 g/cm3的超低密度水泥浆体系。现场应用效果证明,配制的超低密度水泥浆性能优良,完全能够满足东胜气田高、中风险区的全井封固要求。In order to solve the problem of cementing the whole well in Dongsheng gas field,the concept of low-cost composite lightening agent is introduced.Based on the tight packing theory,two low-cost composite mitigation materials are formed by optimizing the compound mitigating agent.According to the experimental results of the external admixture matching,an ultra-low density cement slurry system with a density of 1.15~1.25 g/cm^3 is prepared.The effect of field application proves that the prepared ultra-low density cement slurry has excellent performance and can fully meet the requirements of full well sealing in high and medium risk areas of Dongsheng gas field.
