摘  要:为保持飞机拦阻系统用超轻质混凝土溃缩强度的长期稳定,设计了“P·I水泥+惰性掺合料”胶凝材料体系,基于超轻质混凝土的干密度及溃缩强度的变化规律,确定了关键制备参数的适宜取值范围,研究了超轻质混凝土的孔结构特征。结果表明,“P·I水泥+重质碳酸钙”体系下超轻质混凝土在60 d后溃缩强度基本保持稳定,重质碳酸钙掺量为63.0%~64.3%时,超轻质混凝土60~150 d溃缩强度变化率为0.93%~7.08%,压溃曲线平台段应力偏差为±4.98%~±9.70%。发泡剂和稳泡剂的推荐掺量分别为4.4%、5.0%,稳泡剂能优化超轻质混凝土孔径分布。适宜水胶比为0.54~0.56,提高水胶比可能增加气孔的数量。In order to control the long-term stability of crushing strength of ultra-lightweight concrete used in Engineered Material Arresting System(EMAS),the cementing material system of"P·I cement+inert additive"was designed.Based on the dry density and crushing strength of ultra-lightweight concrete,the appropriate values of inert additive and other key preparation parameters were determined,and the pore structure characteristics of ultra-lightweight concrete was also studied.The results show that under the"P·I cement+heavy calcium carbonate"system,the crushing strength of ultra-lightweight concrete remains basically stable after 60 d.When the dosage of heavy calcium carbonate is 63.0%~64.3%,the change rate of crushing strength from 60 d to 150 d is 0.93%~7.08%,and the stress deviation of the platform segment is±4.98%~±9.70%.The recommended dosage of foaming agent and foam stabilizer is 4.4%and 5.0%respectively.Foam stabilizer can optimize the pore size distribution of ultra-lightweight concrete.The suitable water-binder ratio is 0.54~0.56.And the increase of water-binder ratio can enlarge the number of pores.
