摘  要:试验研究了不同煅烧高岭土取代率下纤维混掺比例(mPVA∶mBF∶mSF)对再生混凝土(RAC)抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的影响。结果表明,随着煅烧高岭土取代率的增加,混杂纤维RAC的立方体抗压强度呈先增加后减小趋势,且当煅烧高岭土取代率为20%时达到最大值。各煅烧高岭土取代率下不同混掺比例的纤维对RAC劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的补强效果顺序为:(mPVA∶mBF∶mSF=1∶1∶8)>(mPVA∶mBF∶mSF=2∶2∶6)>(mPVA∶mBF∶mSF=3∶3∶4),且均高于基准组。钢纤维占比越大,煅烧高岭土和混杂纤维的协同作用对RAC抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度的补强效果越好。The effects of fiber blending ratio(mPVA∶mBF∶mSF)on the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of recycled concrete(RAC)were studied under different replacement ratio of calcined kaolin.The results show that the cube compressive strength of hybrid fiber RAC increases first and then decreases with the increase of the replacement rate of calcined kaolin,and reaches the maximum value when the replacement rate of calcined kaolin is 20%.The reinforcement effects of fibers with different blending ratios on the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of RAC are as follows:(mPVA∶mBF∶mSF=1∶1∶8)>(mPVA∶mBF∶mSF=2∶2∶6)>(mPVA∶mBF∶mSF=3∶3∶4),which is higher than that of the reference group.The larger the proportion of steel fiber,the better the synergistic effect of calcined kaolin and hybrid fiber on RAC compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength.
