摘 要:设计中江西省井冈山水电厂-澄江220 kV线路需跨越赣江,跨越档距较大。根据国内已有大跨越工程导线使用经验,结合本工程大档距跨越的特点,先确定了导线材料及其截面型。选取数种导线方案,在电气性能、机械特性方面比较,得出JLHA1/EST-300/60特强钢芯铝合金绞线具有明显优势。通过对JLHA1/EST-300/60导线从材料和结构两个方面进行优化,设计了一种JLHA1X/UST-300/60超高强钢芯铝合金型线绞线。优化后的导线方案使跨越塔高度大为降低,能直接减少工程投资,降低施工难度。超高强钢芯高强铝合金型线绞线在大档距跨越工程中具有较大的优势,也为今后大跨越工程的导线选择提供了一个新思路。In planning of Jinggangshan hydropower plant-Chengjiang 220 kV line large span distance across GanJiang,According to the domestic experience of large span engineering traverse,combined with the characteristics of large span in this project,the conductor material and its section shape are determined first.By selecting several kinds of wire schemes and comparing the electrical performance and mechanical characteristics,it is concluded that JLHA1/EST-300/60 extra-strong steel core aluminum alloy strands have obvious advantages.The JLHA1/ester-300/60 wire was optimized from the aspects of material and structure,and a JLHA1 X/UST-300/60 superhigh strength aluminum alloy wire strand was designed.The optimized traverse plan can greatly reduce the span height,directly reduce the project investment and reduce the construction difficulty.The high-strength aluminum alloy wire strand with super high strength steel core has a great advantage in the large span engineering and also provides a new idea for the wire selection of the large span engineering in the future.
