摘  要:研究电厂凝汽器对液化天然气(liquefied natural gas,LNG)冷能的利用问题,提出凝汽器改造方案,并通过模拟验证改造方案的可行性。首先对凝汽器利用LNG冷能的方案进行推导计算,表明了将LNG冷却后的凝结水喷淋至凝汽器中的冷能利用方案效率最优。其次对喷水量进行计算,并提出了电厂凝汽器的模型计算流程,再以某电厂凝汽器为例提出具体的凝汽器改造方案。最后使用热工水力软件对凝汽器建模,并将计算结果与凝汽器设计参数进行对比,验证了模型的正确性以及改造方案的可行性。This paper studied the problem of utilizing LNG cold energy by the condenser in the electric power plant,and the reconstruction schemeverified by modeling was proposed.Firstly,this paper deduced the LNG cold energy utilizationscheme by the condenser,which indicated that the scheme of spraying the condensed water cooled by LNG into the condenser was best.Then the flow rate of the spraywas calculated,and thecalculationflow chart of the condenser in the power plant was proposed.The detail reconstruction scheme was presented with a certain case of the condenser in the electric power plant.At last,the condenser was modeling by thermo-hydraulic program,and the calculation resultswerecompared with the design parameters of the condenser.The validity of the model and the feasibility of the scheme was verified.
