摘 要:文章结合河南某热电联产热负荷变化大、引起循环水量变化大的特点,分析循环水泵采用2台变频+2台工频,4台双速泵,4台变频泵三种方案的技术可行性及经济性。研究得出变频泵最低变频频率,变频泵与工频泵并联匹配问题。对比三种方案的调节方式的流量调节宽度、流量调节的连续性以及运行管理不同特点,比较三种方案的初始投资差别,结合已投产的双速泵及变频泵电厂的运行经验,根据不同的要求推荐合适的循环水泵配置方案,以达到热负荷的变化及节能的目的。This article combining with large heat load change of one power plant in Henan,leading to circulating water quantity change largely,analyze technical and economic feasibility of circulating pump adopting two frequency circulating pumps and two constant-rate pumps,four sets of double speed pump,four sets of variable frequency pump.This study concluded that the lowest frequency of frequency pump,and variable frequency pump and constant-rate pump parallel matching problem.Comparing the three schemes of flow adjusting width,flow adjusting continuity and operation management of different characteristics,comparing three schemes of the initial investment,and also combining operating experience of double speed pump and variable frequency pump that have been put into operated in some power plants,it will recommend suitable circulating pump configuration scheme,in order to achieve the purpose of adapting heat load change and energy conservation.
