摘　　要：在多样化旅游需求与旅游供给侧改革的共同推动下,旅游供给与需求的内容和结构均发生改变,旅游供需中新矛盾不断出现,旅游供需均衡问题在全域旅游战略下需要进行重新定义和评价.选取京津冀2006-2017年相关数据,运用耦合协调理论分析京津冀全域旅游需求与供给的时间、空间和结构演变特征.结果表明,京津冀全域旅游供给与需求总体发展态势良好,经历了失衡到初步协调的发展阶段,目前表现为供给滞后型,而近两年需求同样出现放缓.因此,推动京津冀全域旅游发展的长效机制应从供给和需求两方面入手,一方面通过产业融合方式提升旅游供给能力和水平,另一方面通过有效手段激发旅游市场需求,完善需求层次.Under the joint promotion of diversified tourism demand and tourism supply-side reforms,the content and structure of tourism supply and demand have changed,new contradictions in tourism supply and demand continue to emerge,and the problem of tourism supply and demand balance needs to be redefined and evaluated under the all-for-one tourism strategy.Based on the literature review,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism supply and demand system model and evaluation system are constructed,and the components and interrelationships of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism demand and supply are elaborated from a theoretical perspective,and the relevant data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region 2006-2017 are selected and used coupling and coordination theory analyzes the temporal,spatial and structural evolution characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism demand and supply.The results show that the overall development of tourism supply and demand in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is in good shape.It has experienced an imbalanced and initially coordinated development stage.It is currently lagging in supply,and demand has also slowed down in the past two years.Therefore,the long-term mechanism to promote the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region tourism should start from both supply and demand.On the one hand,the tourism supply capacity and level should be improved through industrial integration.On the other hand,the tourism market demand should be stimulated through effective means to improve the level of demand.
