摘　　要：在广义贸易便利化的分析框架下,测算了中国的贸易便利化水平,并使用面板数据模型在控制第三方效应的前提下,检验了贸易便利化对中国农产品、工业品和中间品进口的影响。结果发现,贸易便利化水平对我国农产品、工业品和中间品进口贸易的影响非常显著;由于产品性质和嵌入价值链的程度差异,中间品进口对贸易便利化水平最为敏感,农产品进口较为迟钝。该结论有助于全面评价贸易便利化水平对中国进口产品的影响情况,有利于在全球价值链条件下,通过提高贸易便利化水平进一步提高扩大对外开放,促进中国经济的高质量发展。This paper measures the level of China’s trade facilitation under the analysis framework of generalized trade facilitation,and uses panel data models to test the effects of trade facilitation on the imports of agricultural products,industrial products,and intermediate products after controlling the third-party effects.The results show that the level of trade facilitation has a significant impact on the imports of agricultural products,industrial products and intermediate products in China;due to the differences in the nature and the degree of embeddedness in value chain,the import of intermediate products is the most sensitive to the level of trade facilitation,and agricultural products are relatively insensitive.This conclusion is helpful to comprehensively evaluate the impact of trade facilitation on a country’s imports,and we should further open to the outside world by increasing the level of trade facilitation in the global value chains to promote the high-quality development of the Chinese economy.
