摘 要:为探讨限根栽培对万寿菊根际土壤微生物种类和丰度的影响.采用二代测序技术测定万寿菊根际土壤DNA中16S rDNA的V4-5和ITS1区.结果表明,限根栽培条件下根际土壤细菌类群的辛普森指数、香农指数、OTU丰度略低于非限根栽培,表明限根栽培略降低了细菌OTU的丰富度.而真菌类群的辛普森指数、香农指数和OTU丰度均高于非限根栽培,说明限根栽培提高了真菌类群OTU的丰富度.In order to study the effects of root-limited cultivation on microbial species and abundance in marigold rhizosphere soil,the V4-5 and ITS1 regions of 16S rDNA in marigold rhizosphere soil were determined by second-generation sequencing.The results showed that the Simpson index,Shannon index and OTU abundance of bacteria in rhizosphere soil were slightly lower than those in nonrhizosphere cultivation,indicating that root-limited cultivation slightly reduced the bacterial OTU richness,but Simpson index,Shannon index and OTU abundance of fungi were higher than those of non-root-limited cultivation,indicating that root-limited cultivation improved the OTU abundance of fungi.
