摘　　要：目的:探讨喘可治穴位注射联合穴位贴敷对COPD患者发作期治疗效果。方法:选择某院2017年7月~2018年7月间收治的100例慢性阻塞性肺病患者,随机平均分为两组,对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,实验组患者给予喘可治穴位注射联合穴位贴敷治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效、体征及中医病症情况进行对比。结果:实验组患者各项体征指标分低于对照组患者(P<0.01);实验组患者各项中医体征评分分别显著高于对照组患者。结论:喘可治穴位注射联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺病,可有效提高临床疗效,改善患者各项临床指标,从而改善患者的生活质量。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Chuankezhi acupoint injection combined with acupoint application on COPD patients in attact period.Methods:From July 2017 to July 2018,A total of 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in a hospital were equally randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.Patients in the experimental group were given acupoint injection combined with acupoint application.The clinical effects,physical signs,and symptoms of TCM in the two groups of patients were recorded.Results:The scores of various physical indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01);The scores of the traditional Chinese medical signs in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:Chuankezhi acupoint injection combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve the clinical indicators of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
