慢性心功能不全合并阵发性房颤运用胺碘酮联合缬沙坦治疗的可行性评价

摘　　要：目的:研究胺碘酮和缬沙坦联合用于慢性心功能不全合并阵发性房颤中的价值。方法:2018年1月~2019年9月某院接诊的慢性心功能不全合并阵发性房颤病患84例,用数字抽签法均分为实验组和对照组。实验组联用胺碘酮和缬沙坦,对照组单用胺碘酮,对比LEVF等指标。结果:实验组治疗6个月后LEVSD(30.17±3.25)mm、LEVF(48.85±3.16)%、LEVDD(53.18±4.23)mm,优于对照组(35.37±3.04)mm、(42.06±2.15)%、(62.47±4.06)mm(P<0.05);实验组治疗6个月后hs-CRP水平(3.16±1.97)ng/L,比对照组(5.93±1.62)ng/L低(P<0.05);实验组总有效率95.24%,比对照组78.57%高(P<0.05)。结论:于慢性心功能不全合并阵发性房颤中联用胺碘酮和缬沙坦,疗效确切,且利于心功能的改善及房颤的抑制。Objective:To study the value of amiodarone combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods:From January 2018 to September 2019,84 patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treated in hospital were selected and divided into two groups.Amiodarone and valsartan were used in the experimental group and amiodarone alone was used in the control group,then the LEVF and other indicators were compared in the two groups.Results:6 months after treatment,the LEVSD(30.17±3.25)mm,LEVF(48.85±3.16)%,LEVDD(53.18±4.23)mm in the experimental group were better than those in the control group[(35.37±3.04)mm,(42.06±2.15)%,(62.47±4.06)mm](P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the hs-CRP level of the experimental group was(3.16±1.97)ng/L,lower than that of the control group(5.93±1.62)ng/L(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.24%,higher than that of the control group(78.57%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of amiodarone and valsartan in patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is effective in improving cardiac function and inhibiting atrial fibrillation.
