317护平台联合健康教育实施单在甲状腺结节患者围手术期的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨317护平台联合健康教育实施单在甲状腺结节患者围手术期应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年7月1日~2020年2月29日的80例甲状腺结节手术病人,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组与实验组,对照组(n=40)给予常规护理宣教联合317护平台,实验组(n=40)在对照组的基础上采用健康教育实施单进行护理干预,对比两组的健康教育落实率、依从性、患者护理满意度、焦虑及抑郁程度。结果:实验组的健康教育落实率、依从性、患者护理满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组干预后的焦虑及抑郁分数均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在317护平台的基础上增加健康教育实施单的使用可以提高患者的健康教育有效率及患者护理满意度,降低住院手术患者的焦虑及抑郁程度,对促进患者的康复和改善护患关系有着积极意义。Objective:To explore the effect of 317 nursing platform combined with health education implementation form in the perioperative period of patients with thyroid nodules.Methods:80 patients who underwent thyroid nodule surgery from July 1,2019 to February 29,2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group(n=40)was given conventional nursing education combined with 317 nursing platform.The experimental group(n=40)was given health education implementation form for nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The health education implementation rate,compliance,nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results:The implementation rate of health education,compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of 317 nursing platform,increasing the health education implementation form can improve the efficiency of health education and patients'nursing satisfaction,reduce the degree of anxiety and depression of patients in hospital,which is of positive significance to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
