摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理在老年慢阻肺患者中的应用,分析其对缩短患者平均住院日的影响效果。方法:选取2018年6月~2018年12月某院收治的老年慢阻肺80例,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例,对照组采用临床常规护理,研究组强调心理护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:研究组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,且研究组住院时间明显要短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理在缩短老年慢阻肺患者平均住院日效果显著,且有利于促进患者保持良好的心理状态,以达到尽快康复的目的。Objective:To explore the application of psychological nursing in elderly patients with COPD and analyze its effect on shortening the averagehospitalization days of patients.Methods:80 cases of elderly patients with COPD admitted to a hospital from June 2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given clinical routine nursing,and the study group emphasized the psychological nursing,then the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the hospitalization time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological care is effective in shortening the average hospitalization days of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and is conducive to promoting patients to maintain a good psychological state and recover as soon as possible.
