中医综合护理结合集束化护理应用于急性重症胰腺炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医护理干预结合集束化护理对急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)的效果和护理满意度的影响。方法:研究对象为某院2016年3月~2018年3月收治的46例SAP患者,按照奇偶法分为观察组和对照组各23例。两组患者均接受对症治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施中医护理结合集束化护理,对比治疗后两组血淀粉酶、血脂肪酶、白细胞数恢复至正常的时间以及两组治疗效果及患者护理满意度。结果:观察组患者血淀粉酶、血脂肪酶、白细胞数恢复至正常的时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良预后率和对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:对SAP患者进行中医护理结合集束化护理干预,能有效提高临床治疗效果总有效率,缩短各项临床指标的恢复时间,提高患者的满意度。Objective:To explore the effect and nursing satisfaction of traditional Chinese medicine nurs-ing intervention combined with cluster nursing on acute severe pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:46 SAP patients admitted to a hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the parity method,with 23 cases in each group.The two groups received symptomatic treatment,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with cluster nursing on the basis of the control group.After the treatment,the time of blood amylase,lipid lipase,white blood cell number returning to normal,treatment effect,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of blood amylase,lipase and white blood cell number returning to normal in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in poor prognosis rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and cluster nursing intervention can effectively improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment,shorten the recovery time of clinical indicators,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
