摘  要:文化主题酒店人才需求旺盛,但专业性的人才培养体系尚不完善,针对性的课程建设尤为落后。基于布尔迪厄的文化资本理论,提出“地域文化资本”概念,将主题酒店的地域文化特色与人才的地域文化特征有效整合。以济宁市儒家文化主题酒店为例,解析儒家文化资本依托的场域与资本传递机制,进而提出田野调研、课堂教学与校企合作三阶段课程建设模式,并建议通过参与观察、文献分析和行动研究等方法保证课程开发的有效性。研究对于强化旅游院校教育的地方特色、培养适用性的文化酒店人才而言具有一定借鉴意义。There is a great demand for talents in culture-themed hotels,but the professional talent cultivation system is not perfect,and the targeted curriculum construction is particularly backward.Based on Bourdieu’s cultural capital theory,the concept of“regional cultural capital”is put forward to effectively integrate the regional cultural characteristics of theme hotels with the regional cultural characteristics of talents.Taking the Confucian cultural theme hotel in Jining City as an example,this paper analyzes the field and transmission mechanism of Confucian cultural capital,and then puts forward the three-stage curriculum construction mode of field research,classroom teaching and school-enterprise cooperation,and suggests to ensure the effectiveness of curriculum development by participating in observation,literature analysis and action research.This research has certain inspiration for strengthening the local characteristics of tourism college education and training the applicable cultural hotel talents.
