强化细节管理在重症监护室护理管理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析强化细节管理在重症监护室护理管理中的应用效果。方法于2019年1-6月选择120例患者作为该次研究的对象。按照随机划分的原则,分为强化护理组和对照组,分别实施强化细节管理护理措施和常规护理措施。通过对比患者的生活质量评分结果和患者的护理满意度,获得该次研究的结果。结果强化细节管理,采取一系列护理措施,提高了护理工作质量水平。强化护理组的患者各项评分结果都优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采取强化细节管理的护理组,患者对护理工作的满意度较高,强化护理组的满意率为96.67%,对照组的护理满意度为83.33%(χ2=4.245,P<0.05)。结论重症监护室护理管理中,强化细节管理模式的运用,可提升护理水平,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of strengthening detail management in nursing management of intensive care unit. Methods From January to June 2019 a total of 120 patients were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the principle of random division, it is divided into the intensive care group and the control group, and intensive detail management nursing measures and routine nursing measures are implemented respectively. The results of this study were obtained by comparing the patient’s quality of life score with the patient’s care satisfaction. Results The management of details was strengthened, and a series of nursing measures were adopted to improve the quality of nursing work. The scores of the patients in the intensive care group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Patients in the nursing group with intensive detail management had higher satisfaction with nursing work. The satisfaction rate in the intensive nursing group was 96.67%, and the nursing satisfaction in the control group was83.33% (χ~2=4.245, P<0.05). Conclusion Intensive care management in the intensive care unit, the use of intensive detail management mode can improve the level of care and has promotion value.
