摘　　要：笔者对国内几十所高校图书馆的社会服务情况进行了网络调查,据此对这些高校的社会服务情况进行了详细地梳理及分析,对现阶段国内高校图书馆社会服务的情况进行了一个总括性的描述,同时参考发达国家高校开展图书馆社会化服务的经验及办法,通过对两者社会服务开展情况的相互比对分析,充分吸收后者的一些行之有效的做法,结合国内高校的实际情况提出了相应的国内高校图书馆社会服务政府层面的政策、法规的法治保障对策,开展社会服务所需资金的保障措施,提出高校图书馆要关注社会问题,挖掘服务项目,如为孩子们来馆学习提供学习空间,利用微信开展读者服务工作,开展个性化专题咨询服务等。使党中央提出的文化强国战略在图书馆层面得到充分保障落实。The author conducted an online survey of the social services of dozens of college libraries in China. Based on this, he conducted a detailed analysis and analysis of the social services of these colleges and universities. A comprehensive description, while referring to the experience and methods of library socialization services in colleges and universities in developed countries, through the comparison and analysis of the social service development of the two, fully absorb some of the latter’s effective practices, combined with domestic actual situation of colleges and universities proposes the corresponding legal policies to protect the social services of government-level libraries in the domestic universities and regulations,and measures to protect the funds required for social services. It is proposed that college libraries should pay attention to social issues and tap service projects, such as: provide a learning space for children to study in the library, use WeChat to carry out reader service work, and carry out personalized thematic consulting services. The cultural centralization strategy proposed by the Party Central Committee is fully guaranteed at the library level.
