我国西部地区三甲医院手术室护士执行恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术的现状分析

摘　　要：目的调查我国西部地区三甲医院手术室护士对《手术室护理实践指南》中"恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术"规范执行的现状,分析不同背景下的手术室护士对恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术的规范执行情况,为规范手术室护士恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,采用随机抽样法,于2018年5月对我国西部地区16所三甲医院共295名手术室护士,进行《手术室护理实践指南》中"恶性肿瘤隔离技术"执行现况的调查。数据采用SPSS 19.0统计学软件进行分析。结果我国西部地区手术室护士恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术规范执行率呈中等水平,规范执行率为64.83%,得分率为79.29%。肿瘤专科医院的肿瘤隔离技术得分高于综合医院和其他专科医院,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);接受规范的恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术培训频率高的手术室护士其规范执行率高于培训频率低的手术室护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);领导重视隔离技术的手术室护士规范执行率高于领导不重视的手术室护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我国西部地区手术室护士恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术操作规范执行有待提高,应加强对手术室人员恶性肿瘤隔离知识及操作的培训,培养肿瘤隔离意识,强化肿瘤隔离观念,营造良好的肿瘤隔离安全文化,服务于患者,提高肿瘤患者生存率。Objective To investigate the current status of nurses in operating theatres in tertiary hospitals in western regions of China on the implementation of "surgical isolation techniques for malignant tumors" in the "Guidelines for the Practice of Operating Room Nursing", and to analyze the norms of surgical isolation techniques for malignant tumors in operating theatres under different background, the implementation situation provides a basis for standardizing the surgical isolation technology of nurses in the operating room for malignant tumors. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used, and random sampling was used. In May 2018, a total of 295 operating room nurses in 16 tertiary hospitals in western China were subjected to the current status of the implementation of "malignant tumor isolation technology" in the "Guide to the Practice of Operating Room Nursing" survey. Data were analyzed using SPSS19.0 software. Results The implementation rate of nurses’ malignant tumor surgical isolation technology standards in western China’s operating areas was at a medium level, with a standard implementation rate of 64.83% and a score rate of 79.29%. The tumor isolation technology scores of cancer specialty hospitals are higher than those of general hospitals and other specialized hospitals, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);operating room nurses who receive standardized malignant tumor surgical isolation technology training frequently have a higher compliance rate, the operating room nurses with low training frequency had a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the operating room nurses’ normative implementation rate of leaders who attached importance to isolation technology was higher than that of operating room nurses whose leadership did not value,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of operating standards for malignant tumor surgery isolation techniques for operating room nurses in the western region of China needs to be improved.
