摘　　要：目的分析倍增时间的测定在肺小结节病变随访中的应用价值。方法方便选取2018年3月—2019年3月于该院进行螺旋CT胸部扫描确切发现肺小结节患者163例,对该批患者再次执行螺旋CT胸部扫描,并将测得结果纳入自动软件计算倍增时间,观察患者肺小结节病变情况以及阴影倍增时间。结果通过直径及体积倍增时间诊断,判定存在良性病变97例,恶性病变66例,其中腺癌32例、鳞癌19例、大细胞癌6例、小细胞癌10例。结论通过倍增时间测定可有效分辨恶性结节病变情况,在肺小结节病变随访中有正面应用价值。Objective To analyze the application value of the doubling time measurement in the follow-up of small pulmonary nodules.Methods A total of 163 patients with small pulmonary nodules were iconvenient scelection dentified by performing spiral CT chest scans in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019.Spiral CT chest scans were performed again on these batches of patients,and the results were included in the automatic software calculation doubling time.Observe the pulmonary nodules and the shadow doubling time.Results According to the diameter and volume doubling time diagnosis,97 cases of benign lesions and 66 cases of malignant lesions were determined,including 32 cases of adenocarcinoma,19 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,6 cases of large cell carcinoma,and 10 cases of small cell carcinoma.Conclusion The doubling time measurement can effectively distinguish malignant nodular lesions and has positive application value in the follow-up of small pulmonary nodules.
