摘  要:目的探讨茂名地区汉族人群亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)C677T位点的基因多态性。方法采用PCR-荧光探针法,分析方便选取2018年2—8月间2803例茂名地区来茂名市人民医院就诊汉族人群的外周血样本亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)C677T基因型,并与其他6地区汉族人群的数据比较。结果茂名地区人群中亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)677T等位基因频率(22.21%)与琼海汉族(22.11%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而与惠州汉族(29.53%)、湘潭汉族(34.98%)、湖北汉族(34.64%)、廊坊汉族(58.29%)、延边汉族(55.06%)地区的人群等位基因频率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论汉族人群亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)C677T基因多态性分布具有地区差异,由南向北亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)677T等位基因的频率逐渐增高。Objective To investigate the gene polymorphism of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)C677T locus in Han population in Maoming area.Methods The PCR-fluorescent probe method was used to analyze the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)C677T gene in peripheral blood samples of 2803 Han people who came to Maoming People's Hospital from Maoming District between February and August 2018.And compared with the data of the Han population in the other 6 regions.Results The frequency of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)677T allele in population of Maoming area was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with Qionghai Han population(22.11%),there were statistically significant differences in allele frequencies(22.21%)between the populations of the Hans in Huizhou(29.53%),Xiangtans(34.98%),Hubeis(34.64%),Hans in Langfang(58.29%),and Hans in Yanbian(55.06%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The distribution of(MTHFR)C677T gene polymorphism in the Han population has regional differences,and the frequency of the MTHFR 677T allele has gradually increased from south to north.
