摘 要:目的分析尿微量蛋白与血清胱抑素C联合检验在早期肾功能损害诊断效能情况。方法方法选择2017年12月—2018年12月该院收治的疑似为早期肾功能受损者170例为研究对象。按照疾病不同,分为观察A组88例,观察B组82例。另外选择80名健康人为对照组。开展尿微量蛋白与血清胱抑素C联合检验,分析结果。结果观察A、B组的尿微量蛋白以及血清胱抑素C检测阳性率无明显差别,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.521、1.225、1.584,P>0.05),和单独检测相比,开展联合检测的阳性率明显更高(χ^2=4.558、5.636、18.362、19.974、19.663、21.265,P<0.05)和观察A组的尿微量蛋白以及血清胱抑素C水平(41.03±1.77)mg/L、(1.41±0.67)mg/L相比,观察B组的尿微量蛋白以及血清胱抑素C水平(46.23±1.99)mg/L、(2.67±0.53)mg/L显著较高(t=5.556、5.639、19.663、24.585、5.669、9.963,P<0.05)。结论使用尿微量蛋白联合血清胱抑素C指标检测,有助于判定早期肾损伤水平情况。Objective To analyze the diagnostic efficacy of urine microprotein and serum cystatin C in the diagnosis of early renal impairment.Methods 170 patients with suspected early renal impairment treated in the hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were convenienty selected as the research subjects.According to different diseases,it was divided into 88 cases in observation group A and 82 cases in observation group B.Another 80 healthy people were selected as the control group.Carry out a joint test of urine microprotein and serum cystatin C to analyze the results.Results Observe that there is no significant difference in the urine microprotein and serum cystatin C positive rates in groups A and B,and the difference is not statistically significant(χ^2=2.521,1.225,1.584,P>0.05).Compared with the individual tests,a joint test The positive rate was significantly higher(χ^2=4.558,5.636,18.362,19.974,19.663,21.265,P<0.05)and the urine microprotein and serum cystatin C levels in group A were observed(41.03±1.77)mg/L,(Compared with 1.41±0.67)mg/L,the urine microprotein and serum cystatin C levels in group B were significantly higher(46.23±1.99)mg/L and(2.67±0.53)mg/L(t=5.556,5.639,19.663,24.585,5.669,9.963,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of urine microproteins combined with serum cystatin C indicators can help determine the level of early renal injury.
