摘　　要：大型铁路建设工程规模大,施工组织方案是工程顺利完成的关键。论文结合沪苏湖高速铁路引入上海枢纽改造工程,对施工组织方案进行了探讨,分析了工程的关键问题,提出了方案的优化措施,通过合理确定组织方案、合理安排各项工程的施工顺序,减少施工对既有线的影响。The scale of large railway construction projects is large,the construction organization plan is the key to the successful completion of the project.Combined with the transformation project of Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou high-speed railway into Shanghai hub,this paper discusses the construction organization scheme,analyzes the key problems of the project,and puts forward the optimization measures of the scheme.The influence of construction on existing railway line can be reduced by reasonably determining organization scheme and arranging construction sequence of every project.
