摘  要:本文以浙江省宁波市某院校为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,对大学生社会实践与核心素养培养进行相关性分析。研究中发现,核心素养中的自我规划能力、就业能力以及感恩意识与社会实践之间存在着显著的正相关性。基于社会实践对核心素养培养的有效性,本文针对目前社会实践存在的"重形式轻实效""、强宣传缺指导"等问题,提出目标管理驱动的社会实践课程化设计体系,深入探究解决办法。This paper conductsthe correlationanalysisbetween college students’ social practice and the cultivation of students’ core literacy by means of questionnaire survey.Students froma vocational college in Ningbo are taken as the research object.In the study,it is found there is significant positive correlationbetween thestudents’ social practice and the core literacyindicat ors like self-planning ability,employ-ability and gratitude?consciousness.However,there still exist problems in current situation of social practice.These problems include focusing on the form without considering theactive effect as well as emphasizing propaganda without guidance.Considering that social practice effects the core literacy cultivation, the curriculum design system of social practice for college students should be driven by MBO(Management by objectives) concept.Furthermore,this study goes into more depth about a better solution.
