军校青年教员教学研究能力培育对策研究

摘　　要：青年教员作为推动军队院校教育发展的生力军,提升其教学研究能力具有重要意义。本文在明确了教学研究能力内涵与构成要素的基础上,分析了军校青年教员教学研究能力现状,从外部环境和个体因素两方面提出了军校青年教员教学研究能力的培育对策,并厘清了军校青年教员教学研究能力培养中需处理好的三个关系。Young teachers as a new force to promote the development of military institute education,it is a great significance to improve their ability of teaching and research.This paper analyzed the current situations of teaching and research ability of young teachers on the basis of clarifying its connotation and elements.From two aspects of external environment and personal factors,the cultivate countermeasures of young teachers were put forward,and three relationships in the cultivation have been clarified.
