摘　　要：修订后的《档案法》分别从宏观与微观两个层面进一步强调了档案馆的文化职能。这就要求各级档案馆能够辨别大是大非,提高政治站位,通过履行文化职能推进国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化建设,树立文化自信,为中国特色社会主义事业服务。与此同时,档案馆要立足于自身的文化事业属性,凸显文化内涵,挑起文化发展重担,从满足人民群众的文化休闲需求、文化学习需求和文化认同需求三个方面为人民群众服好务。The revised archives law further emphasizes the cultural function of archives from macro and micro levels.This requires the archives at all levels to be able to tell the difference between big and small,improve political standing,promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity by performing cultural functions,build cultural confidence,to serve the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. At the same time,archives should be based on their own cultural attributes,highlight the cultural connotation,to shoulder the burden of cultural development,from the people’s cultural leisure needs,cultural learning needs and cultural identity needs three aspects to serve the people.
