摘　　要：信息资源建设与服务始终是高校图书馆工作的核心和关键,其中做好资源的优化和整合是图书馆为读者提供信息服务的前提和基础,而充分发挥资源优势为用户提供知识服务永远是高校图书馆的目标和追求,是图书馆的基本宗旨和核心任务。本文从目前我国高校图书馆资源建设与服务现状及存在的问题出发,以优化馆藏、提高服务质量为目标,对图书馆资源建设的学科化、专业化、多来源化和特色化等进行初步了探索。The construction and service of information resources are always the core and key of the work of university library. The optimization and integration of resources is the premise and foundation for the library to provide information services for readers,and it is always the goal and pursuit of university library to give full play to the advantages of resources and provide knowledge services for users,which is the basic purpose and core task of the library. Starting from the current situation and problems of the construction and service of University Library Resources in China,aiming at optimizing the collection and improving the service quality,this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the disciplinary,professional,multi-source and characteristic construction of library resources.
