摘  要:通过批式实验将剩余污泥和餐厨垃圾进行联合厌氧发酵,研究了不经任何预处理的污泥与餐厨垃圾不同质量比对系统产氢产甲烷的影响.结果表明,当餐厨垃圾占总质量比的10%时,可获得最佳的产氢产甲烷效率:氢气体积分数和累积产氢量在22 h时最大,氢气体积分数可达13.7%,累积产氢量可达41.88 mL,氢气产率为4.18 mL·g^-1;在厌氧发酵观察期内(70.5 h),甲烷体积分数达到5.74%,最大累积产甲烷量为19.58 mL,甲烷产率为2.92 mL·g^-1.VS(探发性固体)降解率与产氢产甲烷结果一致,当餐厨垃圾占总质量比的10%时,VS去除效果最为显著,经过70.5 h的厌氧发酵VS降解率为6.7%.Co-digestion of excess sewage sludge and kitchen waste was investigated to explore the effect of different ratios of raw sludge and kitchen waste(based on dry weight)on hydrogen and methane production.The results manifested that the optimum hydrogen and methane production efficiency could be obtained when the proportion of kitchen waste was 10%with hydrogen concentration,cumulative hydrogen production and hydrogen production rate were 13.7%,41.88 mL and 4.18 mL·g^-1,respectively 22 h.During the observation period(70.5 h)of anaerobic digestion,the methane concentration reached 5.74%.Moreover,the maximum cumulative methane production and the methane production rate were 19.58 mL and 2.92 mL·g^-1,respectively.The degradation rate of VS was consistent with the hydrogen and methane production.Additionally,when the proportion of kitchen waste was 10%,the VS removal was most significant,which was 6.7%after 70.5 h of co-digestion.
