摘　　要：针对新一代图书馆服务平台下电子资源管理的变化和资源发现系统中存在的电子资源访问问题,提供解决电子资源访问问题的具体工作建议。以Alma和Primo系统为例,基于电子资源管理、发布与获取流程,研究电子资源访问问题与影响因素。基于电子资源访问问题与影响因素,研究电子资源的激活与配置和问题处理的人员配置及培训,为电子资源访问问题研究与实践提供有益参考。In view of the electronic resource management changes and the problems in discovery systems of the new generation of library service platforms,the paper gives some suggestions about solving the problems on access of the electronic resources.Based on the workflow of electronic resource management,publishing and dellvery,taking Alma and Primo as examples,the paper studies the issues and factors about electronic resource access.And then based on that,the paper studies the activation and configuration of electronic resources as well as the personnel allocation and training of the staff dealing with the problems,aiming at providing references for the study and practice of electronic resource access.
