摘　　要：图书馆在开展数据开放服务的同时也导致了用户隐私安全问题。从图书馆数据存储和传输、图书馆系统管理和数据运营、图书馆用户行为和阅读数据、图书馆监控数据及政府职能部门需求五个方面论述了用户隐私泄露的途径。在此基础上,从国家层面法律政策、图书馆行业规范、隐私保护技术措施和馆员与用户意识四个方面探讨了用户隐私的保护策略。The open data service in the library leads to the privacy security problems of users.The ways of users’ privacy disclosure are expounded from five aspects:library data storage and transmission,library system management and data operation,library user behavior and reading data,library monitoring data,and the needs of government departments.On this basis,the protection strategies of users’ privacy are researched from four aspects:national laws and policies,library industry regulations,technical measures and awareness of librarians and users.
