数字经济背景下浙江省创新型经济发展评价及赋能对策研究——基于2014—2017年六省市的对比分析

摘　　要：以2014—2017年度浙江、北京、上海、江苏、广东、山东6个省市数据信息为基础,结合国内外区域创新能力的相关研究,从创新资源、创新过程、创新产出三大维度,构建区域创新型经济发展评价分析框架,对比六省市创新型经济表现,并对浙江省的创新型经济表现进行纵向与横向比较。研究发现,高新技术产业结构不合理、技术成果市场价值不高、技术商业化能力匮乏是制约浙江省创新型经济发展的重大瓶颈。最后,本文基于当前数字经济环境,提出适合浙江省创新型经济发展的对策建议。Using the data of six provinces and cities in Zhejiang,Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Guangdong and Shandong from 2014 to 2017 and starting from the three dimensions of innovation resources,innovation process and innovation output,this paper constructs an evaluation analysis frameworkofregional innovation economic development,compares the innovative economic performance of the six provinces and cities,and provides a vertical and horizontal comparison of the innovative economic performance of Zhejiang Province.Then it indicates the development bottlenecks of innovation economy of Zhejiang as follows:the unreasonable structure of the high-tech industry,the high-tech industry with lower value-added and the shortage of technology commercialization capacity.Finally,we put forward the countermeasures to upgrade Zhejiang Innovation Economy based on the global digital economic environment.
