摘 要:从目前理工科高校在推进创新创业教育过程中所面临的困境,围绕顶层机构设置、多样化人才培养体系以及指导服务生态圈三个方面进行实践分析,旨在探索基于新型研发机构的理工科大学创新创业人才培养的有效路径,培育能适应、支撑、引领地方经济社会发展的创新应用型人才。This article explores the difficulties faced by science and engineering colleges and universities in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education from three aspects:the establishment of top-level institutions,a diversified talent training system,and guidance to serve the ecosystem,aiming to find an effective way to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in science and engineering universities based on new R&D institutions,and to cultivate innovative and applied talents that can adapt to,support,and lead the development of local economy and society.
