摘 要:基于全球价值链理论,认为随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的推进,以智能制造为核心的技术变革将显著扩大生产环节的价值空间,促使传统刻画价值链分布的微笑曲线趋平。基于此,提出主导全球产业链条分工、拓宽智能制造产业链条、构建智能制造生态系统等系列制造业转型升级的有效路径,以期改变我国制造业在全球生产网络中的价值链“低端锁定”困局,实现我国制造业的转型升级。Based on the global value chain theory,this paper believes that with the advancement of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,technological innovation with intelligent manufacturing as the core will significantly expand the value space of production links and promote the flattening of the smile curve of traditional value chain distribution.Based on this,the article puts forward an effective path for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,including leading the division of labor in the global industrial chain,broadening the chain of intelligent manufacturing industry,and building an intelligent manufacturing ecosystem.Through the above effective countermeasures,the"low-end locking"dilemma of the value chain of China's manufacturing industry in the global production network will be changed,and the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry will be realized.
