摘　　要：通过查阅文献对莲须的本草记载、化学成分、含量测定以及药理作用等研究现状进行了归纳总结,以期为莲须的后续研究提供基础。目前莲须的化学成分研究相对不足,药理作用主要为总提取物的活性研究,其活性成分与作用机制均不明显,且《中华人民共和国药典》中其含量测定也没有明确的指标成分。故后期可对莲须的化学成分等进行深入研究,可为更好地开发利用莲须提供科学依据。Based on the literature review,this paper summarizes the current situation of the studies on the record,chemical composition,content determination and pharmacological action of Nelumbinis stamen,so as to provide a basis for the follow-up study of Nelumbinis stamen.At present,the research on the chemical components of Nelumbinis stamen is relatively insufficient,and the pharmacological action is mainly the activity study of the total extract,the active components and the mechanism of action are not obvious,and there is no clear index component in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia for the determination of its content.Therefore,in the later stage,the chemical components of Nelumbinis stamen can be further studied,which can provide scientific basis for the better development and utilization of Nelumbinis stamen。
