麒麟丸联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗少弱精症的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨麒麟丸联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗少弱精症的效果。方法选取2017年5月~2019年3月我院治疗的100例少弱精症患者,依据随机对照原则分为两组,每组各50例。对照组采用左卡尼汀口服液治疗。观察组用左卡尼汀口服液联合麒麟丸治疗。观察两组的疗效、性激素水平、精液质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后睾酮(T)、雌激素(E2)、卵泡雌激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后精子浓度、精子成活率、A级精子活力、A+B级精子活力高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麒麟丸联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗少弱精症效果较好,可有效改善患者性激素水平和精液质量。Objective To investigate the effect of Qilin Pills combined with Levocarnitine Oral Liquid treating oligospermia and asthenospermia.Methods A total of 100 patients of oligoasthenospermia who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to March 2019 were selected.According to the principle of random control,the patients were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Levocarnitine Oral Liquid.The observation group was treated Levocarnitine Oral Liquid combined with Qilin Pills.The curative effect,sex hormone level and semen quality were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of testosterone(T),estrogen(E2),follicle estrogen(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the sperm concentration,sperm survival rate,A-level sperm activity,and the level of FSH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the activity of A+B sperm was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qilin Pills combined with Levocarnitine Oral Liquid is effective in the treatment of oligospermia and asthenospermia,which can effectively improve the level of sexual hormone and semen quality.
